LGNPST Adding a dll?

How in the world do I add LS670.dll to LGNPST?!

Drag the dll onto the reggie.exe to register it in the program.
(look in the program folder.)

I have the LGNPST version that you showed me in the PM with the tutorial for the Evo 4g. I cannot find any reggie.exe file.

It's in there, check subfolders.
It may be regie or something like that, I can't help as the only computer I have it installed on is tucked away in the basement.

Finally found a download with reggie.exe. Although now I get an error of "The file path is empty!!!" when pressing start. What could that reason be for?
