Can't download anything

I have 14gb free on my SD 60mb on my phone of free space anything I try an download reaches 100% then says unsuccessful any one know wat could be causing this to happen

browser glitch?... i assume youve already tried settings>applications>manage applications>(your browser)>clear cache/data?... uninstall/reinstall (your browser)?...wiping cache and dalvik in recovery?... :-)

hmmm... im sorry that none of the suggestions worked for you... last ditch effort is always wipe /format/reflash... i was hoping you wouldnt have to go that far but that would be my advice... grab a copy of leslies ezwipe zip... she put in work to make the cleaning process as painless as possible for us... dont forget to say thank you... ;-)

i would suggest a rom reinstall with full wipe beforehand. most likely will resolve any issues going on. id md5 check my rom also.
