My SD Card wont delete files, after I delete after a while the deleted files come back. I can't add files, after a while the new files get deleted. I can't format the card. It wont let me. How do I fix this.

Have you tried using a PC to format it, or reboot into recovery to format there?

Strange problem.. Sdcard gone bad maybe... Have a way to test it other than your phone?

My vote is the card is bad. One last thing. When trying to format it with the PC do you take it out if the phone? My hope is that the sdcard is bad and not the slot in your phone.
