Hey I bought an Optimus V off Ebay. The poster neglected to make it known that it had a bad esn. I didn't want to have to send it back so I zeroed out the esn. I guess this was a bad idea? Basically I want to get this phone activated to my existing virgin mobile account.

Hi. Unfortunately, I think you're stuck. I'd elaborate, but discussion of ESN modification isn't allowed on this forum. I'd recommend looking into eBay and seeing if they have a policy on this sort of issue and maybe you can file a claim to get your money back.
