Just to be clear:
I'm currently on GTR Reloaded. I can just wipe dalvik cache and system cache in recovery, just flash the GingerSnap package and all is well?

Yes, but make a backup incase you don't like Gingersnap.

I recommend a clean flash. Doing this wipe this and that(caches) allows you to KEEP your data files, as in the apps you've downloaded.

The links work fine if you want equalizer and lcd then go to the gingersnap file go to data then go to apps folder and install the dsp manager and bird api

Gee never new http wasn't a web page

got same thing with stock browser, dolphin, and opera, but gaps, and all links work

So, I wiped dalvik/system caches and flashed... I love the immediate snappiness and smoothness of this ROM.
However... half of my apps are gone??

By any chance did you wipe data? Otherwise. That's the only thing that could delete apps.

Do you use and Link2ext or whatever?

No, I just wiped system and dalvik cache.
The apps still appear in manage applications, but with the standard android logo.
They look like what they would look like if they were on the SD and the SD wasn't in the phone.
You know what I'm talking about, right? D:
They don't show up in "My apps", either.

I'll update once I get home if I can. With school coming, high school....., and I'm no where near home yet, I'll see. I'll do it when I have time. I'm leaving Florida tomorrow, 3 Hour flight. Maybe expect it around 3-12PM EST time.
