Yeah this works great for me on the cm9 beta2 eq and all setting seem to have a great effect.

also I only flashed them back to back in order given only wiped b4 first zip.

yeah, I actually wiped only before the first zip as well and it worked great for me too.

Don't forget to wipe the cache, and then in between the flashes, reboot.

I will But i will have to flash this in a few hours i forgot that i only can get into recovery with my computer after i got this replacement phone.

some thing about how new optimus v or replacement have newer display setting or what not.( [FIX]Black screen with custom recovery and custom roms) So i have to use Android Screencast. I could just go and flash a new recovery with my computer but i picked the lazy way of keeping cwm.

It does flash with no issue but is just for show DOESN'T work... you can see by changing the room effect with it taking NO change and Enable Range Compression and put it to extreme. Also no change in the way it sounds.

Update 2:52PM Amesome BEATS crashed going to restart the phone and see if it starts to work.

You flashed all three wiping cache and dalvik before hand and rebooting in between? I get noticably better sound . Also, you can use flash image gui apk to flash a new recovery without computer.

yeah it took about 10 Mins to flash because i had to wipe then flash then reboot 3 times.

Same here dont notice a change in the music and the awsome beats app dont work it dont change the bass i i turned it up and nothin

If all 3 are successfully flashed on top of eachother, it wont install the Awesome Beats DSP/EQ, if it was unsuccessful, Awesome Beats DSP/EQ will install.

Awesome Beats, when flashed alone, will produce an occasional FC, and gets annoying after a while.

I plan on making my very own Beats Mod sometime, but its not very high on my to-do list, so it might be a while.

Found this old thread in my bookmarks and, having recently flashed the regular Quattrimus lately, and having no luck with any of the other Beats mods out there (Awesome Beats alone didn't work), decided to do this three-fer method. Whereas previous Beats mod installations crashed all my media players, this one worked. And I did get the Awesome EQ installed. Nonetheless, so far, it sounds like a successful install.
