Go to the android games and apps section at xda developers and you will see the Google now for ICS project ARMV6/V7 support. We have arm v6 no voice without voice search working thou

No ics from has proper voice dictation so no voice but yea all location data and cards work

that will take you to the V6 post get the flashable zip it is easier and dont even worry about that voice APK its not going to work
shoulld be golden by tapping the google app from in the app drawr or the ICS search bar
