    Default Don't remember how I rooted my Optimus V

    Okay so I rooted my Optimus V like a year ago just so i could take screenshots but now I want to flash a rom can I just skip straight to the "Install custom recovery image" in this walkthrough [HOW-TO] Simplified Root + Recovery + Custom ROM Or should I unroot it somehow and root it the way they did because idk if there's different ways of rooting or if you have to root it a certain way for certain roms.

    If you are rooted install flash image GUI, and install a recovery...its that easy

    BTW zen garden recovery is the most up to date and user friendly
