Would it brick my phone if i tried Zefie's Nightly rom? Which is for the Optimus S.

I use Thunderc recovery and it didnt Brick my phone but it didnt run perfect either. Zefie's CM7 for the S is better then what he left for the V but still has some issues.

What kind of issues? Are they noticeable?

I had oddly timed lag in the UI and wifi didnt like to reconnect.

Does it reboot by itself at all? Problems with drivers at all?
Also do you have alot of apps installed on it?? Do they run smooth?

As long as you flash our kernel over it after flashing the rom it will work but you will have bugs here and there. Plus you will probably get back to the problems recently fixed in AOSP with mms not working and such.

Make sure that you get ButtonRemapper and delete mvpdm from system/app folder and you should be good but mms wont work lol.

I have flashed a few Optimus S roms and kernels.

Will they work? Yes
However, chances are about 50/50 that you will not have 3g and the easiest way to fix that is the Activate app, which likely won't work on them. Even when you flash back you will need to run the activate app to get 3g going again.

That's typically the worst case scenario though.
