Did you buy it as an MTS unlocked phone or a no-carrier unlocked phone? If you bought it as a no-carrier phone, your carrier won't be updating it. They only update what they sell. You'll probably find some captured update files at HTC One (M8) - XDA Forums, in General, Help & Troubleshooting or Development.
