Huawei fusion problems? Help

My moms new AT&T huawei fusion android just shut off for no reason it's brand new and never been damaged she only had it for 2 weeks we've tried switching chargers and nothings worked. What else could we try to do? Is anyone else having problems with this type of phone?

We see occasional issues with the ZTE made Android phones. Depending on the type of store it was purchased from explore if they have a 30 day defective swap policy.
