Whilst my wife and children (all Orange customers) have been on EE for several weeks now, I'm still on Orange/ T Mobile. I am a T Mobile customer and received the "read, delete and restart the phone" text message about a month ago, after which I was supposed to have switched to EE. This hasn't happened, hence this thread, and T Mobile were "escalating" the issue a few days ago but I've heard nothing. Anyway, my phone works so I'm not worried but I am interested to know whether anybody else has missed the big EE switchover.
