My Android OS 4.2.2 tablet starts flickering after swtching it on, how to repair it?

Sir, please help me to repair my Android OS 4.2.2 tablet, it starts flickering after switching it on. I have tried through "Developers Option" by clicking on "Disable HW overlays" but it does not make solution. Please help me out to solve this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! What device is it? Does it seem like the whole screen is turning off then turning back on? Or is the image just jumpy?
