In the new ice cream sandwich os, android now supports usb gamepads. Just like honeycomb for tablets supported usb gamepads. One can connect ps3, xbox360, or any pc usb gamepad to the micro usb port of a new android phone. Which makes any new android 4.0 phone sorta like a xperia play phone.

Maybe there will be even more games supporting gamepad controls in the future.

So for any honeycomb/ice cream users out there, make sure to download the xperia play versions of some games if you want to use the gamepad.

You can already get the iControlPad for bluetooth activated devices since Froyo, yet that would pretty much count towards emulator users. For official apps, then I guess that's good news. :)
