My source in Verizon says it will be updated in Q2. Expect it soon, since their already testing builds as of May 21, 2012.

Updated using Sony Bridge Mac on Snow Leopard OS X 10.6. Sony Xperia S (Vodafone Australia) now running 4.0.4. Not too bad, massive, massive improvement from stock 2.3.7.

Xperia S has quite a nice display and 4.0.4 can make everything much, much smoother and more useful.
