Replace housing and lcd
How difficult is it to replace the housing and LCD? The glass in my Play is shattered and if I have to completely disassemble the device to replace the glass/lcd, I might as well replace the housing too. The youtube video makes it look too easy.

What kind of phone is it? Do a search for replacing the LCD for your model of phone on YouTube. You should find something there if someone has made a video of the replacement for your phone.
