Xperia Sola Flashing problem..

I can't flash my sola right now because i think i forgot to copy the zip file of ROM to the phone, I can only access the recovery screen (CMW recovery) and browse the internal sd card there. And i can't browse the phone from the computer too, is there anyway i can still put the ROM zip file on the phone? I am using the Android SDK tools. Or should i just buy an external SD Card? Can i install zip file from external SD Card? Thanks.
