I can't make phone calls! HELP

I have the Xperia J. This happened after I downloaded the app GO SMS Pro. Every time I click the phone icon it opens the msging app. I tried deleting the GO SMS app to see if it was the problem and it still does the same thing. It just opens msging when I click on the phone icon.

Are you sure you didn't set a different icon to the messaging shortcut? Try to find the PHONE app in the app drawer. If that fails, try going into settings, application manager, find the Phone app and clear cache and defaults.

I can not make phone call sense this morning i noticed that i do not havee the 3g signal on the top of my phone and i do not find the way how i can get this fixed please help
