superpad v6 non responsive touch screen

Hi I bough this tablet and suddenly the touch screen is not working.
I've tried everything:
hard reset
reset
Wiped out all the date, and reboot it using the 3 buttons
the tablet works when I connect my mouse and an usb keyboard, but otherwise, so far the
touch screen is good as dead.
any ideas or any solution? please let me know I'm desperate.

512 mb
android 2.3
mini hdmi
2 usb ports
1 sd card up to 16gb
4gb hd
gps antenna
support for keyboard and external usb 3g
wifi b and g

If anyones knows how to do this, please let me know.
