Hi all,
I've been searching for 2 days for a fix but can't find anything. My daughters tablet volume is stuck at maximum volume. Each time I try to turn it down, it immediately goes back up to maximum volume. The volume also keeps flashing on the screen as if you are pressing to alter the volume but we are not.

Allwinner A13
Android 4.0.4
I downloaded a Fix Volume App and ran it but that did nothing. Your help will be much appreciated and if you need more details on the tablet, operating system etc... I'll provide.
PS tablet is less than 1 week old, she is only allowed to use when I am with her so I know it hasn't been dropped or misused. The volume was working fine, then started acting funny and now stuck at max.
