Problem with a tablet Wolder miTab Iron

Hi, I have a problem with a tablet Wolder miTab Iron. My uncle tried to save app in a external SD and he broke the system. I tried to install a ROM but I don't find an official firmware for this tablet. I can't connect the device to my computer and I only can run the recovery mode. Can you help me for found a compatible ROM and install that from the SD?.
My uncle gave me other tablet like that and I tried to backup the system using Recovery CWM and now it doesn't work. I can't run the system and the recovery. Please help me.
