Can you side load one of these tablets ? If so which program works best ? Want to take it from 4.2.2 to 4.4.4.

Kocaso M9200

Having problems keeping the Wi-Fi hooked up.

Thanks for any ideas
:)

I couldn't find any reliable rooting guides on the web. You'd have to root the device, and then find a custom ROM of 4.4.4 that was designed for that device. You can try doing a more detailed search than the cursory one I did.

Wife's old cheap tablet died, so found this Kocaso MX9300 a bit better to use while recovering from long illness. Trouble was that it was very unreliable in wifi connections and often order stuff on line due to incompatibility with human touch. Further when wifi was upgraded it was discovered that THIS was the ONLY device that would NOT release its presence on the router, thus when 50 FIFTY of these devices showed up from being turned on-off ... Kocaso & any other new device trying to get a signal was no permitted ... until the router was reset = turned off all the dummy Kocasos and we begin filling up the device places on Linksys router again. No other device does this. UGH

Linksys router ea6200 reports that THIS device plants an ever growing number of same name "android" ghost devices as users until the maximum number is reached .... then all new users, including Kocaso user cannot log onto wifi.

All the king's men have trial/error fixes that fail, now into 30+ hours

otherwise router has to be cleared, rebooted and setup fresh every month or so
