Default Looking to get basic Android tablet for car use

Preferably in the <$200 range, just looking for something basic to use as an offline GPS device (meaning I'll need to find a Google Maps alternative), and as a basic music player. WIFI, bluetooth, and some sort of external expansion slot are necessary. And the bigger screen the better -but most importantly of all, I need a screen that does well in sunlight, or can get a screen cover to help against it.

So anybody got recommendations? I don't mind if it's a Chinese knock-off or something, but it'd be nice if there was some modding/ rooting community behind it, and wasn't completely lacking in specifications.

EDIT: I apologize for posting this in the wrong section, I'm new to the site and did not see the recommendations/comparison subforum. Could a moderator/admin possibly transfer this topic to that board? Thank you.
