Virgin Mobile $25 dollar plan brought back to life!

So, I recently had to re-activate my phone after someone got a hold of my credentials and cancelled my account. I went through the process of entering my zip code, MMI number, and etc when I got to choosing a plan. I saw the new $35 dollar plan, $45, and $55 following that but I also saw a tab labeled "cant find a plan for you? Go here". I clicked on it and low and behold, the old plans are back. I happily choose $25 bucks a month for 300 minutes and unlimited data+messaging. I encourage everyone to try this. I am a previous customer but didn't know there would be a grandfathering system implemented huh

Anybody else have any luck?

I presume you have to have a compatible Phone for this feature? or just be a previous user? The only plans i can see (i'm not an Virgin Mobile customer yet), are the 35, 45, and 55. But 25, wow, that's cheaper than my old 500 min Talk only plan with T-mo

Yeah, you probably would have had to be on the 25 dollar plan in the beginning.

& never switch.. I was on the $25 then switched to the unlimited $55.. now the lowest is $35.. No $25 option for me any longer sense I switched plans.

If you used your old information and account username and password that's probably why. I lost my job months ago and didnt have money for my 25 dollar plan (yeah, its sad) but after 3 months virgin mobile gave me a free month and added 25 on my account so now I'm still grandfathered in, pretty sweet I thought lol.

Nice. Do you guys think Virgin might raise the prices of their monthly plans again, or will they hold steady where they are?

They'll probably hold steady for at least 6 months to a year to see how they're sales and subscribers are doing.

can someone who is switching please hook me up with an account for the $25 plan? I was on the $45 plan with 1200 minutes and unlimited data but I am lately going through some dire straits and need to make cuts and to save only $10 while sacrificing so much sucks (seriously only one-quarter of the minutes for $10 less?)
