Need help choosing a phone from US Cellular

Right now I have a merge and my phone is the only one available for an upgrade at this time. My girlfriend wants a slide out keyboard. I am thinking of giving her this phone and getting either the new HTC Hero or the Electrifying? The HTC Hero fits my budget a little better. Any suggestions?

A slide out keyboard is questionable but why not get her an optimus u????

A friend of mine has the Motorola Electrify. He really likes it, and from what I've seen it's a nice phone. I think it's one of the best in the US Cellular lineup right now. Can't go wrong with the wireless radios that Motorola uses.

I've got the Electrify and my wife has the Hero S...if it's for you I'd say really check out the electrify. Specs are a little better and I think just an overall better phone. We have a friend whose house we visit frequently, and it's just in a dead zone for uscc...usually spending a couple hours there would kill my battery, even if fully charged. With the Electrify, I now get a fantastic signal there, and it's much easier on the battery.
