I couldn't care less about 3D but anything better than the Optimus or the Triumph is highly needed.
Thanks for the post/news as I am about to leave VM for another prepaid carrier due to the lack of new phones. I may stay around for another month or two then

The slow 3G speeds with my Triumph have me ready to switch, but I love my $40 per month 1200 minute plan. Being in the Las Vegas area, I have a WiMax tower across the street. I don't need anything super fast, just usable. I would like to pick up this Evo V and have it last me 2 years, or until everyone has LTE built out. I even read somewhere that WiMax data won't be throttled after 2GB like 3G data is. I hope that is true. I will take a serious look at this Evo V 4G.

    It's still throttled after 2.5GB.

No it actually appears 4G will not get throttled on VM unless your 3G then it will be 2 gb vs the 2.5 gb we use to get and cost $10 more for the $25 minimum plan.. Until it hits the streets it's not confirmed as LeslieAnn has told me that VM is updating some of this so we will see..

Sprint and virgin have confirmed that it will be hitting on the last day of the month.
