Solavei members

Hey guys, few questions regarding Solavei.

1) Does Solavei support DC-HSPA+ (42mbps)?
2) What's the DC-HSPA+ coverage map look like?

I'm a bit confused as I'm aware that Solavei uses T-Mobile's towers, yet they show no coverage where I am (Iowa City). However, i wireless uses T-Mobile's towers and they show all of Iowa is blanketed with beautiful DC-HSPA+. Very perplexed.
