LG G2 Korea F320 S/K on Cricket?

I'm looking at buying an LG F320, like this one:

Frequencies:

GENERAL 2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G Network LTE 1800 / 850

, to use on a cricket wireless plan. I'm pretty sure I won't get LTE support, but I don't mind, since I don't live near any major cities. What's important is if I can get 4G/HSPA+/etc. Whatever you call the stuff like what T-Mobile has that can go up to 42Mbps. Would this phone work fine on Cricket with regular 2G/3G and HSPA+/4G?

Also does anyone know how this is for custom roms compared to a regular G2?

You would get HSPA+ but keep in mind that Cricket throttles LTE to 8Mbps and HSPA+ to 4Mbps.

Is there any reason you wouldn't go for the Nexus 5 or even the US G2 though? The US G2 is the same price on Amazon and the Nexus 5 is cheaper for similar hardware.

I'd previously been looking at an S4 specifically because it was the only phone I could fine with removable battery and SD card. Saw a G2 in a store and loved the screen/design (minus those buttons ), but still couldn't convince myself because of the lack of sd card, until I found out about these things, it seems exactly like what I want.
