change lock screen????

I have a zte phone by straight talk, not sure of the model. (Kinda looks like an s3 but a little smaller) but every time I try to change my lock screen photo, I get up to the point that I choose choose the photo I want. Then when I select it, it goes to the crop photo screen, once I hit save, it saves the cropped photo but didn't change my lock screen! Please help!

Go to settings then apps and reset your app preferences!
