Pebble Time Steel review and comparison photos

As usual, a terrific review. If I were buying new, I'd certainly spring the extra $50 for the steel, but a couple of days ago, Cow Boom was selling the standard Pebble Time for $109, and I am currently waiting for it to arrive. 7 days of battery life are certainly going to be a welcome change over the daily recharge of my current 2 Android smartwatches. Personally, from an aesthetic perspective, I like the the thinner metal frame on the steel, but I don't like the resulting larger black border; presumably because the screens are the same size. It's a shame that they didn't take advantage of that space to increase the screen size.

I have a polyurethane watch band from my original Pebble that will be going on my new one for a nice "almost" black steel appearance.
