Why can't I display a PS4 Remote Play when mirroring to another device?

Can't display PS4 Remote Play when mirroring to another device.

I am using Asus which has the PlayTo (Miracast function/TV Mirroring) and PC Link (PC Mirroring) the mirroring works smoothly and I have a high internet connection but when I open up the PS4 Remote Play app and connect to my PS4, it just shows a black screen, I can still see the on-screen Asus buttons (back, home and multitask/settings) and also the drop-down menu, is this because of something preventing it like the Terms & Condition's? And do Sony not want you to display your PS4 from one Remote Play Device to another?

I believe Remote Play only works with PlayStation TV and Vita devices. I'm sure security is a major reason and also they stand to make money by doing so.

On XDA there are some posts about how to put the necessary apps on other android devices. It should work on most, but I never figured it out.
