I came a cross this website and tested it and they actully got me a pokemon i really wanted,
Not sure if this is allowed but could help to some people who cant seem to be able to catch pokemons in their area.

You'll have to give them your login details, which you especially shouldn't do if it's linked to your Google account.

I'm also fairly certain they will use GPS spoofing, which is grounds for having your account banned. And the process itself is probably against niantic terms of service.
