I edited the original post to include the following.

For clarification I am adding an additional link that addresses the concerns of Carolinadroid.

Wake up America: Federal Appeals Court Rules Obama's Recess Appointments Were Illegal And Unconstitutional

While I am certain this member will point out this is just an another "blog" he will find the actual ruling embedded at the bottom.
No he won't find it, he doesn't read what he doesn't want to. He refused to even start with DC v Heller, since in his mind, it has nothing to do with this gun ban lol

As Chief Justice Marshall made clear in Marbury v.
Madison, [i]t is emphatically the province and duty of the
judicial department to say what the law is. Those who apply the
rule to particular cases, must of necessity expound and interpret
that rule. If two laws conflict with each other, the courts must
decide on the operation of each. 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) at 177. In
Marbury, the Supreme Court established that if the legislative
branch has acted in contravention of the Constitution, it is the
courts that make that determination. In Youngstown Sheet &
Tube Co. v. Sawyer, the Supreme Court made clear that the
courts must make the same determination if the executive has
acted contrary to the Constitution. 343 U.S. 579 (1952). That
is the case here, and we must strike down the unconstitutional
    act.

In section IV Analysis section 29 last paragraph.

I stand corrected. The Court refers to the "act" in the singular. Next review will be interesting.

Probably for a long time... Both Jr & Sr. left a messy trail of loose ends and broken promises that we are still paying for today.

I think personally Sr. did a better job than Jr.
I wasn't a fan of Jr, but Obama has spent more money than every president... A lot more.

3 pages and not one person has suggested that he should not be impeached, we just seem to disagree on why he should or the validity of some of the claims supporting that cause. Not sure there is much to argue about unless someone thinks he's a keeper. We're basically at this point saying MSNBC disagrees on the surface with FOX.

See earlier post. The president doesn't spend any money, congress has 100% control over income and expense.

With all due respect, no one here who is promoting the impeachment of Obama has a clue what is technically, and legally, involved in bringing Articles of Impeachment against the President. If such an effort were to functionally begin, it would never make it out of the House. And for sound, sober reasons.

But yet the first two years, Obama had a Democratic Congress that let him get away with murder.

Oh the House would do it, the Senate would never indict him. The Senate has to indict, the House has to impeach.

Quite funny you say none of us know, when you don't seem to be aware of how the process works.

Oops, typed that backwards, switch Senate and House.

The House is strongly republican and very upset with Obama. It would only take 2/3 of the Senate to convict, very easy to get that 2/3.

Again, Benghazi is enough to have him impeached, Fast and Furious and the cover up there is enough alone also. If someone brings it before the House..it's on.
