uccw widget help

I'm stuck, I found a clock i want to use through uccw. the file however is in not a uzip its a uccw file. How am i supposed to use this? using .uzip files is easy but i cant figure out how to use this. i tried just renaming it to .uzip but that didn't work. I'd appreciate some help.
