After getting ICS on my droid razr I am unable to upload to Picasa from the picture gallery. I get the error message: "failed to retrieve account information" So, I downloaded Picasa Tool from GooglePlay Store and that works. But only after I added my picasa account for a second time. So, in other words, I have two picasa accounts with the same email address on Picasa Tool but only the second one works on Picasa Tool. This is a very inconvenient bug that should be fixed by google. It worked fine for me before the upgrade.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, my HTC One X uploaded to Picasa fine out of the box. Once the phone started updating apps, it quit uploading and returned the same error you are receiving.

I completely reset the phone and the upload functionality returned. BUT, once one of the updates were loaded into the phone, I again lost upload capability.

VERY FRUSTRATING.
