HD Dock vs HD Station?

I was trying to find a good dock for the Droid Razr on Amazon yesterday when I found the Droid Razr HD dock with Rapid Charger. It has the mini/micro HDMI port out and a usb in for charging. Then, I found the HD Station. The only difference I can find is that the station has 3 USB ports on the back for charging / connecting other devices. Is it worth spending an extra $15 for the USB ports? Also, some users were saying the station came with a HDMI cord but others said they had to fight with Amazon and Motorola to get one.
