USB Debugging Not working after OTA

So I installed the OTA yesterday and ever since USB debugging is not being recognized on my MAC or PC. (Its the maxx, I posted in both forums because it's the same phone).

Has anyone experienced this? Any fixes? I have googled my behind off and connote find solution 1.

I wanna root and I can't! Whaaaaaa
