is there a rom that will allow me to use tethering hotspot on the moto razr on verizon network?

Wirelessly? I'm using pdanet without fail wired. I haven't tried wirelessly yet.

As in a hacked Verizon hotspot, not that I know of. But I do know you can use one of the apps off of the market if you have deleted the stock hotspot app off your phone. Well that's what I was told.

Im rooted on stock and its worked perfectly since day one.

If you haven't seen it yet foxfi is the way to go. It is simple to use and doesn't require root. Search for foxfi in Google Play.

I run Eclipse and it has the Wifi hotspot built right in.

I'm Rooted on ICS 4.04 and Google's wifi tether .apk isn't working anymore, and neither are several other wireless tether apps. Anyone else?

This is the exact same method since gingerbread. Although line 150 entitlement check move to 79 after ICS updated.

Check out SQLite work around. You can use the stock hotspot with out checking in with Verizon.
