Could just list which ones most people load.... or just link to the places everybody posts the ROMs... these are two of the biggest locations for ROM for the Razr:

    1) ... and has a detailed list.
or this thread from XDA, which does have a list for GB and ICS:

I just rooted today shortly after posting my last post... tested root with Root Explorer... loaded Voodoo Rootkeeper, and safestrap... now I just need to figure out what ROM I'd like to load up and test... I might wait for a little while... maybe we will see a Jelly Bean ROM soon.

    Arctic ICS is good
I think Eclipse ICS is the best so far that gives close to stock android.
AOKP KOA is good, but there are issues with rotation (the way the screen resolution changes when rotating the device)

I guess it depends on what type of experience you want. If you want ULTIMATE tweakability, then you want AOKP.

If you want close to stock with Blur, then Arctic

If you want stock ICS without Blur, then Eclipse.

ROMs built from .211 or .214 will offer the best stability. ROMs built from AOSP won't be as stable or as polished.

There's a few other ROMs, but they're still pretty new and not as polished.
