• You must perform a complete data wipe / factory reset before installing! This is not optional. The ROM will not function correctly if you do not!
• Data now turns on by default BUT you must wait for the data arrows to show up before starting set up! They take about 30 to 60 seconds.
• ROM now boots to Fastboot after install to auto install kernel. Just press power when you get to fastboot and the install will begin. No longer need a PC to install.
• Data Arrows dont work! Data still works but the arrows do not light up
• Do Not Update SU Binaries! It appears they are not compatible with this version of ICS. Doing so will cause you to loose ALL root privileges!
• Minor blue flicker every once in a while. Very minor and infrequent. To stop flicker go to Settings -> Develop Options -> Change scrolling and transition animation to 1.5
• Weather Animations Do not work Until Turned On! Nuf said!

Start Application
Go to Settings
Change Device Profile to Glaxay Nexus CDMA / LTE
Select Routing Fix
Start Tether and Allow Root
Do not try to set encryption or any other options! Your device will fail to work! If you need these features its time to subscribe to VZW Hotspot!

Place ROM on SD Card
Reboot to recovery
Wipe all data / Factory reset - Do not restore anything from back up. Do not ask in the thread if you can. You will be referred back to here!
Flash ROM
ROM will boot to fastboot when installation is complete
Press Power to install the kernel / boot.img
Reboot
Profit!

Somethings I saw:

-Location and temperature does not show up in the Clock Weather widget.
-Carousel keeps turning through screens very quickly anyway to step through screen by screen with a setting?
-SMS has haptic feedback and no setting to turn it off.

But so far so good. Battery seems to be pretty good also. I really like it.

Wow really looks "Sense" heavy. I thought HTC was backing off with as little on Sense as possible with ICS (Sense 4.0?).
I was just about to pull the trigger on the Rezound because of root and pending ICS but if this is it I might as well stay with the Thunderbolt a little longer. I've heard that the radio on the rezound is better but to get Sense 3.5 like I already have on my rooted TB doesn't seem to be big enough a jump.

Please step in and tell me why I may be wrong about waiting.

you should wait if you can live with the thunderbolt for a while as prices will continue to drop on the rezound. i got mine at costco less than a week ago for $169.99 + tax. if you cant though its a ridiculously great phone so go for it!

There's no telling if there will be a huge overhaul of Sense on ICS, or if we'll be able to remain with the stock look or anything else like that, so time will tell. An AOSP ROM will eventually make it's way home on the Rezound as well.
This phone is worth pulling the trigger for, trust me. I researched the Droid 3, Stratosphere, Bionic, Razr, and Nexus like a mofo and finally decided on the Rezound. No regrets.

Yep, its 99% functional. The only reason I dont call it 100% functional is because of the sense issue that I noted int he OP. The text under the icons is missin. I need to spend some time and figure that out. But this will atleast pacify that ICS urge we all have

WOW!!!!, I installed the original CleanROM ICS and UOT file last night without realizing that Scott updated it. I actually installed it twice (long story). After the first install I ran AnTuTu benchmark and averaged a 5250 score. Not that exciting considering my debloated Gingerbread was scoring on average 5800. I continued to tweak my setup and accidentally deleted the phone app. DOH! and couldn't find a way to get it back without starting completely over. Thus the second wipe and install. To make a long story short, after the second install I ran AnTuTu again and my first score was 6252, second was 6387, and third was 6538. If AnTuTu is an accurate measure of performance then CleanROM ICS is AWESOME!!! After the glitchy install, I haven't noticed any other problems yet.

Great job to Scott, Demon, and the other developers who put this together.

After I do a Nandroid of this setup, I will try the update (probably not till tonight. Scott is there any major differences between the original CleanROM ICS and the updated one?

Its hard to tell because I've been messing with it alot more than normal today, I'll need another day or two of normal (for me) usage before I can give an opinion on battery life.

This Rom is very good. Only a few bugs. But idk if they are actually bugs. I like how you put the Sense music player in so we still have Beats. The dialer works until i get on a call. If switches to the sense phone. And i can't see who is calling unless i unlock. I also get a "system ui has stopped" pop up after every call

Hard to say. I am going to guess that it is not going to be as good right off the bat because its so new to me I have not tuned it yet...

NO! DO not flash this to any other devices except the HTC Rezound. You coudl do SERIOUS damage if you flash this to another device. Sorry man

Long time lurker, first time poster. Just flashed this ROM and everything is working great. A bug I've noticed that I don't think anyone else has mentioned is the browser flickers while in use. Is there a fix for this?

In any case, much love to you Scott and all the other devs who put so much work into this. I love you guys!

EDIT: Also, I have another question. Is there a way to change the number of rows and columns in the ICS launcher? I love that about adw and would love to see it in here. Plus the home screen just looks cramped
