Stuck on white HTC loader

I had my phone rooted and was working great. Until I decided to clean up my SD card and apparently deleted some important things. At least I believe that's what happened.
Nonetheless I couldn't get past the loading screen so I figured I had deleted the stock ROM, which is all I had. I flashed the Business ICS Sense ROM on my SD card hoping it would fill the void but it still would not load. Then I decided the best thing to do was install the stock ROM. I read that to go back to stock you have to relock bootloader so I did. I followed directions on that site and the flashing process did not begin automatically. I tried using "RUU_Vigor_VERIZON_WWE_2.01.605.11_Radio_RS_0.95.00.1123r_3161E_9K_QMR_release_233635_signed" app on the computer to install the stock ROM but I got an error 155.
Confusing.
So now I have a Rezound that will stay on the Business ICS Sense opening screen when turned on normally. I can still get into Hboot but no longer can I fiddle with Amon Ra Recovery. My phone reads:

Ok, if you want to load a ROM, don't forget to flash the kernel. If you want to RUU, you should probably use the 605.12 RUU. Relock the phone, flash the RUU(remember that it will wipe all phone data) and that's it. You will need to re-root if you choose to go that route. There's a thread on this somewhere around here.

^^^what he said. With running the ruu you bill basically be starting over with unlock, fash recovery, flash whatever else you want, ect.

It sound like to me that you have not installed the kernel correctly for whatever rom you were try to jump to, and I don't know why amon ra would stop working unless it has to do with relocking

Custom recoveries need the phone unlocked to work, that's why you cant get into amon ra. I also think starting from scratch is the best thing to do at this point as well.
