I have an HTC Rezound.
I recently had a factory reset done at a Verizon store because Google Play Store wasn't working at all.
After the reset, I managed to install a navagation app, which I think is working. But then installed a simple app that silences the ringer. It showed as installed in Google Play Store and I can un-install the app and re-install it but no icon is available to run it and it doesn't show up in the installed apps list. I un-installed that app and installed another similar app from a different software writer with the same function and I have the same problem with it.
Is there a setting somewhere that is causing new apps to install in some inaccessible part of memory or what?
