So I forgott my lock screen pin is there anyway to like reset it or something so I can get in to my phone?

Try getting into recovery mode on your phone. (holding the power button and volume rocker down for several seconds. Then when the screen is off, depress your finger from the power button but keep the volume buttons pressed until you see the Samsung logo, then remove them)

Depending on whether you're using stock recovery or custom such as CWM or TWRP, you can probably find a way to factory reset the phone through there.
