Rogers LTE speeds

So I'm in the Richmond Hill / Aurora area and I'm not getting LTE in my house. My phone shows 4G instead and download speeds are around 12 Mbps. Then when I walk around the neighbourhood I see it change to LTE in the top bar and I get 27 down / 5 up.

Not having it in the house is ok since I have wifi, but it's weird it doesn't work inside.
