Verizon cooking on something next week

Verizon's up to something. 8-18-2011.

Updated: Original date of 8-19 has already changed, apparently. Edited the subject line to reflect. More as I get it. Not sure if this is just internal stuff ahead of the Galaxy S II announcement a week later, or what.

I am NOT a bionic hater, nor do I think pentile tech is a horror story. I still be tempted by the Bionic. Love motor, and love the anti iPhone design along with the overall quality.

Being that the Bionic was just pictured at a Verizon store I'd have to think it's a release date.

If the Bionic does release I may have to get it and forgo the Vigor and wait for the Prime.

Not trying to sound like a **** or anything, but you aren't serious right? Verizon wouldn't t announce this, Apple would. Plus, no 4G LTE for the iPhone 5, the 6th for sure though. AT&T kinda already confirmed no 4G iPhone till next year.

I just want to know it is confirmed to be Android related, because it could be the new Blackberry Bold or if it is, the HTC Bliss.

I got this text from VZW this morning:

Something's going on and I will be there before they open for my chance at a "Golden Ticket"! Who doesn't like a good Charlie and the Chocolate Facory type giveaway. I'd probably just sell the Charge anyway but it could be a nice filler phone until the Bionic gets released. LTE gets switched on the 18th here as well. Can't wait either way!
