So LG is preparing a Android 4.1 Ice Cream Sandwich Nexus phone and Nexus TV at Mobile World 2012? anyone else hear that?

Yeah I heard speculation that they had a nexus like Google TV, but ICS launched on the galaxy nexus. I don't see big G launching another nexus with ICS but with version 4.1

Instead of a Nexus, what if it was pure vanilla Android.
Would Google send out the updates? or would we have to go through the months of waiting?
