Has anyone heard of the droid Razr going to Alltel? I read a blog that said it is supposed to be heading that way. I have Alltel and like the service, so I do not want to change carriers, but, I do want that phone....

I thought that verizon and at&t split up Altell like 5 years ago...

Same here i thought verizon merged/bought out alltel. I know they did in my area.

Yeah, it's coming but there is no word on the time frame. The hardware is identicalbut the LTE radios will be disabled (ie 3G only).
