Consumer reports rates
#1 RAZR MAXX.
#2 RAZR.
#3 Bionic.
#4 LG Spectrum
#5 Droid4
#6 GALAXY NEXUS
Granted RAZR MAXX scored 78 vs. GNX at 72.
Either is good ... BUT. consumer reports rarely fails. And un my personal opinion id say go with RAZR. Moto build quality and reception and voice quality is the best. Samsung uses mostly plastic.
