    Default Release Date?

Does anyone have any info on an expected AT&T release date for this phone?

That's what I'd like to know, and I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

It's official. The Captivate Glide will be coming out on this Sunday, November 20.

Anyone planning to pick up one on launch day?

The wife is a QWERTY-must-have person and this phone seems to be a perfect match. Right now she's using my old BB 8900 (her 9000 died). We were planning on getting the 9810 or 9900 until the Glide popped up. We may stop by an AT&T store today to check out this phone and maybe get it .
Is there anything in general about Samsung Android phones I should know? I have an Atrix and really like it, no major issues.

    Captivate Glide
    Motorola Xoom 3G

I played with it for a bit in store. Max of 6.5mbps down and 1mbps up in Denver. Pretty quick and smooth screen switching and app launching. 1.95gb free for apps internal storage, which is a lot.

The security cables wouldn't let me close the keyboard so I couldn't really see how thin it really was but seems that it wouldn't bulge in Jeans pockets. 4" is a great size IMO.

Great phone but for the same price I would get the high end gs2
