Glide unable to connect to Kies?
So the AT&T *fixed* update to ICS is supposed to be available today, through Samsung Kies, of course. I've tried to get two different computers to recognize the phone on Kies, complete failure. I've followed every tip and troubleshoot. Phone is in USB debug mode to allow PC access (which certainly allows for access through file manager), but Kies can't connect. No way to back up, no way to upgrade.
FYI this is my wife's phone, I have a new Note 2. Everything works perfectly through Kies for it. - 11-10-2012, 03:06 PM

The error message says "Reconnect the device in Samsung Kies (PC Studios) mode."
